Magnolia River Homes is owned and operated by Sunny Wroten, a local Jax Beach native and Fletcher High school alumni (go Senators!). She has an extensive background in luxury custom home building and renovation, with a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, and a Florida Certified Building Contractors license (CBC License # CBC1265577). After growing up around her father in the construction industry, Sunny realized homebuilding was her passion. But working for big builders who wanted to mass produce neighborhoods as fast as possible wasn't fulfilling. Sunny enjoys building and renovating homes that are unique and special to each family. She will dive deep into exactly how her clients live, what brings them joy, and think of creative ways to incorporate that into their homes. From custom garages with car lifts and workbenches, to a bunk room on the second floor with a slide or fire pole to the 1st floor for the grandkids, to a chef's kitchen with a secret hidden walk in climate controlled butlers pantry.
